Students who will attend the Westford Public Schools for the first time must register in order to be enrolled. To register your child, follow the four steps below.

Determine your child's eligibility
A child who lives in Westford and is 5 years of age on or before September 1 is eligible to enroll. Each child must attend school beginning in September of the calendar year in which he or she attains the age of 6.

Verify age, identity, residency, and immunization
Elementary enrollment takes place at the local school.
The following documentation is required in order to enroll. Please bring the following with you when you come to register.
Birth certificate
Proof of residency (driver's license or utility bill)
Proof of medical examination, immunization and lead test. Required immunizations: 5 Diphtheria (DPT), 4 Polio, 2 Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) 3 Hepatitis B, and 1 Varicella (chicken pox) unless exempted for medical or religious reasons. Additional information on our Health Services page.
If applicable, the following information will also be required:
Current Individual Education Plan (for Special Education students)
Proof of guardianship
Court records of custody and visitation rights
Transportation.
